Legacy Square, a luxury multifamily community located in Plano at 2100 Legacy Drive, is officially open for leasing. The 363-unit project is a joint venture between High Street Residential and Principal Real Estate Investors.
Principal Financial Group supplied a $60.3 million construction loan for the project in 2021. Ground broke soon after, with the first units delivered near the end of 2022.
The townhomes and apartments at Legacy Square are spread out among 20 buildings, with two additional buildings reserved for amenities that include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, playground, swimming pool and conference rooms. Tenants will have their choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 737 to 2,051 square feet.
Over 700 parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging stations, are also included on-site.
