Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with One Turtle Creek, will launch sales in May for Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, a luxury condominium development in Dallas.

Located in Dallas’s Turtle Creek Corridor, the 17-story tower will feature 34 custom homes and an array of luxury amenities including a rooftop garden and pool and shaded interior courtyard. The team behind the development includes architect Lucien Lagrange and interior designer Dan Fink.

“We aimed to craft a symbolic landmark reminiscent of the historical apartment buildings from the 19th century, with a commanding presence on the skyline,” Lagrange said in a press release. “The design is inspired by the grandeur of the past, yet tailored for contemporary lifestyles.”

All condominiums feature Calacatta marble kitchens, custom metalwork and stonework and natural woods. Many homes also offer private terraces.

Sales will be exclusively handled by Melissa Frantz Ellerman and Andrew Danna of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. Pricing for two-bedroom units starts at $3 million.
