Nationwide homebuilder Toll Brothers will develop Oakbridge Crossing, a luxury home community in Flower Mound.

Located at Aberdeen Drive and Lake Forest Boulevard, Oakbridge Crossing will include 127 single-family homes on 90-foot lots. Buyers will have their choice of six floor plans ranging in size from 3,600 to over 6,000 square feet.

“Residents of the Oakbridge Crossing community will enjoy the best of luxury living in a prime location with excellent Flower Mound schools and within walking distance to outstanding restaurants and entertainment,” Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release. “We are excited to bring our stunning collection of new-home designs to this very special community.”

The sales center at Oakbridge Crossing is set to open this summer, with a model home set to debut in the fall.
