Landsea Homes hires Dallas-Fort Worth marketing VP

by John Yellig

Dallas-based homebuilder Landsea Homes Corporation appointed Will Grimes as vice president of sales and marketing for its Dallas-Fort Worth division.

Grimes previously served in sales and marketing leadership positions at other reputable homebuilding companies, including Mattamy Homes, Lennar Homes and Mercedes Homes. Most of his 20-year homebuilding career has been spent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

In his new role, he will oversee sales and marketing initiatives for the company in Dallas-Fort Worth. Landsea Homes acquired Dallas-based homebuilder Antares Homes in January, thereby entering the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

“Will’s experience in growing a new homebuilding division, along with his extensive local market experience and sales and customer service expertise, will ensure our team’s continued growth and success in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” Dallas-Fort Worth Division President Melissa Kelly said in a press release. “His ability to identify and address challenging situations, coupled with his passion for innovative and dynamic sales training make him invaluable to the Landsea Homes team.”

“I am thrilled to join the leading team at Landsea Homes and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region,” Grimes added. “I look forward to the incredible opportunities and experiences this new position will bring, as well as helping Landsea Homes become a leading homebuilder in the state.”
