Aubrey Dym is now vice president of land for Landsea Homes‘ Dallas-Fort Worth division. In her new role, Dym will oversee land acquisition and strategy.

Dym has 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, formerly working in leadership positions for Mill Creek Residential, Taylor Morrison and Beazer Homes.

“Aubrey’s experience speaks for itself. She brings a unique strategic perspective and enthusiasm for success that will serve our Dallas-Fort Worth division well as we work to expand our footprint,” Melissa Kelly, Dallas-Fort Worth division president for Landsea Homes, said in a press release.

Dym also shared her enthusiasm. “I’m excited to join the dynamic team at Landsea Homes and contribute to the company’s continued growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region,” she said. “I look forward to the opportunities ahead.”
