Coldwell Banker Apex picks up new Dallas team members

by Emily Marek

Coldwell Banker Real Estate announced that Rachael Hill and members of the Lori Vaden West Group have affiliated with Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors. Hill departs from Ebby Halliday, while Vaden West and her team depart from Compass.

“We’re incredibly excited to have two powerhouse agents join our close-knit team,” Coldwell Banker Apex President and owner Lori Arnold said in a press release. “We look forward to Rachael and Lori and her team taking advantage of the [Global Luxury] program’s robust offerings in order to better serve their clients.”

A listing and buyer’s specialist, Hill is responsible for $45 million in real estate sales and was named one of Dallas’ Top Producers by D Magazine in 2016.

“What really stood out to me as soon as I joined the Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors team was the overall culture of the brokerage,” Hill said. “I’ve greatly appreciated how our leaders are so readily accessible, which helps create an overall positive work environment filled with close collaboration.”

The Lori Vaden West Group transacted over $70 million last year alone, with Vaden West earning a spot in RealTrends’ top 1% of agents nationwide and ranking as the No. 2 Dallas-Fort Worth agent for Compass. She was also named a top producer and Best Real Estate Agent by D Magazine.

“Being in complete service to others has been the guiding force throughout my life, which aligns well with the meaning behind the Coldwell Banker brand’s North Star logo,” Vaden West said. “I’m delighted to serve as that North Star for my clients with the team at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors, helping them as they navigate the home buying and selling process.”
