Thousands of Realtors and real estate professionals will head to Boston this week for the NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience – the annual conference and expo by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

This year’s theme is “Bring on Business,” and the event is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees. The event has more than 250 exhibitors, along with 100 education sessions and industry-leading speakers. It runs Nov. 8-10 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

The event will also feature forums on regulatory issues, emerging technology and real property valuation.

“NAR NXT is where agents who are Realtors® come together to power their business ambitions and accelerate their success,” said NAR President Kevin Sears, broker-associate of Sears Real Estate/Lamacchia Realty in Springfield, Massachusetts. “Boston will provide the perfect backdrop for industry leaders, experts and entrepreneurs to come together, gain fresh perspectives and be inspired to take their business to the next level.”

This year’s speakers include NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun, who is on the agenda for Nov. 8 to offer insights into the residential housing market and on Nov. 9 to discuss commercial real estate trends

On Nov. 8, Dr. Jennifer Keitt, a human behavior specialist and CEO of the Keitt Institute, will discuss resilience in leadership, offering practical strategies for leaders to enhance their emotional intelligence and motivate their teams:

FiveThirtyEight founder and statistician Nate Silver will present Nov. 9 at the Federal Legislative Political Forum, where he’s expected to dissect election results and analyze the trends and data that shaped the race.

Also on Nov. 9, New York Times bestselling author and strengths-based movement pioneer Marcus Buckingham will share strategies on how to leverage team strengths for success.
