This is a great survey I can’t wait to hear the results

  • marilyn schaffer says:

look FORWORD to hearing from you. I do not think I am alone . All the agents I know are so upset that the commission has became such an issue to everyone .

  • Amber Merrill says:

    Interesting survey

  • gloria Teaney guzman says:

This commission lawsuit deal is the biggest bunch of nonsense. All agents and brokers know the
commission is always negotiable. No One works for free and we are not a socialist country where we are all on the same level. There should be competition and freedom to choose. If sellers don’t want to pay they can sell themselves no one is stopping them. All the info I have read so far is so confusing and convoluted it makes no sense. The attorneys are making a bundle and we the hardworking every day Realtors are going to get shafted if we are not careful. All agents I know are distressed regarding this issue probably except the 1% limited service brokers who are difficult to work and with they do no work for their seller and are a disservice.

  • Robert says:

I have buyers that say do not show them property that the seller is not paying the 3 percent commission because they will be hard to deal with anyway.
