Nykea Pippion McGriff is now regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Dallas-Fort Worth region. Most recently, she served as the brokerage’s vice president of strategic growth for the greater Chicagoland area.

In her new role, Pippion McGriff will oversee nine offices and nearly 1,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates. She previously served as the president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR) from 2020 to 2021, becoming the first Black woman in the association’s 137-year history to hold the role. She was also named CAR’s Realtor of the Year in 2022, and served as president of the Women’s Council Chicago and the Women’s Council Illinois.

“We’re thrilled to have Nykea take on this expanded leadership role with Coldwell Banker,” Ayoub Rabah, Coldwell Banker regional president, Midwest, said in a press release. “Her extensive real estate experience and commitment to growth make her an invaluable addition to our Dallas-Fort Worth region.”

“I look forward to working with the fantastic team in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market,” said Pippion McGriff. “The passion and commitment to the service of our agents and clients in the DFW market is contagious! I am excited about identifying opportunities to help our leaders and agents grow.”
