Douglas Elliman announced the winners of the 2024 Ellie Awards, which honored the brokerage’s top performing agents from last year. Many Dallas agents and teams were among the honorees.

“As we reflect on 2023, I am once again reminded of how inspired I am by our Texas agents,” Stephen Kotler, CEO of brokerage, western region, said in a press release. “They overcame challenges, creatively marketed their listings and expanded their networks, and I am proud to congratulate them on their impressive achievements at this year’s Ellies.”

One of the top-producing Texas agents was Victor Vo, who ranked as the No. 2 agent in the state by gross commission income (GCI) and No. 3 by sales volume, sales transactions, rental GCI and rental transactions.

Other Dallas agents in the top five were Andy Anand, who ranked No. 3 in Texas by sales GCI and No. 5 by rental GCI; and Shamil Shalwani, who ranked No. 5 by sales transactions and rental transactions.

Among the top-producing Dallas-area teams were the Polsky Porpino Team, which ranked as the No. 1 team in the state by sales GCI, No. 2 by sales volume and No. 1 by sales transactions; and the Tracy Tutor Team, which ranked as the No. 3 team in the state by sales GCI and sales volume and No. 4 by rental GCI.

Additionally, the Arthur Greenstein Group ranked as the No. 2 team in Texas by rental GCI and the No. 5 team by rental transactions, while the Talyn Provo Team and City Living Group ranked as the Nos. 3 and 4 teams by rental transactions, respectively.

Douglas Elliman also honored agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2023 with the Pinnacle Club Award, including Dallas agent Amy Messer, as well as the Polsky Porpino Team and the Tracy Tutor Team.
