Southgate Homes recently unveiled a lineup of new floor plans that it will offer in two Dallas-area communities: The Reserve at Watters in Allen and Painted Tree in McKinney.
Sales recently began at The Reserve at Watters, Southgate’s own luxury community located at Watters Drive and Stacy Road in Allen. The community features 124 homesites with prices starting in the low $1 millions.
Southgate will also build on 67 lots in the Lakeside District of Painted Tree, a new-home community in McKinney. Prices will start in the mid-$800,000s. Other builders at work in Painted Tree’s Lakeside District, including Avanta Residential, Normandy Homes, Centre Living Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Trophy Signature Homes.
“Discerning homebuyers love our home designs and have waited patiently for these premier communities so that they can build with us,” Southgate President Steve Schermerhorn said in a press release.
In addition to these two communities, Southgate currently builds in a variety of Dallas-area communities, including Windsong Ranch in Prosper and Northwood Manor in Frisco.
