Pacesetter Homes will deliver 258 homes in Elevon South, a neighborhood in the Lavon master-planned community of Elevon.

The builder will construct five different home styles on four different lot sizes ranging from 26 to 50 feet. Available floor plans include the Twin Homes, a 2-unit, side-by-side townhome design with prices starting at $290,900; the Courtyard Homes, which range in size from 1,440 to 2,264 square feet and have prices starting at $359,900; and the Craftsman series, which includes both one- and two-story designs starting from $332,900.

“Most neighborhoods or phases of lots within a master-planned community typically offer only two lot sizes, which limits the diversity of the product,” said Blake Friesenhahn, vice president of the Dallas-Fort Worth division of Pacesetter Homes. “This is a unique opportunity for us to showcase several new lifestyle choices, along with our established series of homes, in one neighborhood.
