Atlanta-based developer and builder Wood Partners is constructing Alta at The Farm, an apartment community located at The Farm, a mixed-use development in Allen.

Situated at 1287 Blue Tractor Lane, Alta at The Farm will span 5.1-acres and include 325 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. All apartments will feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplashes, wood-plank flooring, keyless entry systems and in-unit washers and dryers. Rents will range from $1,395 to $2,631.

Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, courtyard with grilling areas and fire pits, community clubhouse, fitness facility and rooftop deck overlooking West Lake Park. Residents will also have access to The HUB, an outdoor entertainment and retail venue.

Wood Partners will handle property management.

Upon completion, The Farm will be home to 1.6 million square feet of office space, 142,000 square feet of retail space, a 150-room hotel and 60,000 square feet of residential and restaurant space (including Alta at The Farm). Additional residential developments on-site include that of private homebuilder Ashton Woods, which announced its townhouse community, Watters Edge at The Farm, back in January.
